What devices can my clients view on?

iPhone, iPad, and Mac open the gallery natively in Safari or Chrome — nothing to install. On Windows and Android, clients view through our locked-down app, which keeps the same capture protection in place.

Can a determined person still photograph the screen with another phone?

Honestly — yes, and we won't pretend otherwise. The point of ProofProtect isn't to make piracy physically impossible; it's to remove every easy path. Photo-of-screen copies look bad, get caught by the moiré pattern, and identify the source viewer through the watermark. Practical enough to prevent 99% of casual leaks.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

Cancelling ends your billing and closes your studio dashboard — we don't wipe anything the moment you leave. Each gallery runs on its own retention clock: proofs and originals are cleared 30 days after your client submits their selections, or 30 days after the viewing window closes. Export anything you still need before then.

Is my client's data safe?

Encrypted at rest, transport-encrypted in flight, and never used to train anything. Storage is region-aware — we host galleries close to where they're delivered, including an Australian region. From your clients we collect their email address plus gallery activity — views, selections, and device and usage data — processed on your behalf to run the gallery and its protections. No cross-studio profile, no marketing lists.
